Talk:Systems Thinking for Everyone
From SystemsWiki
Personally I don't like terms like: everyone, only, all, always, forever, never, continually, permanent, ... -> blame it on me, sorry :-( Unfortunately we can not reach everyone with our limited resources. What do others feel about titles as "Systems Thinking for you"; "Systems Thinking for you and me"? I like to speak directly to the readers. In the end, since we don`t know who is "you" and make assumptions it could go in the same direction. Further comments appreciated, --Erkan Yilmaz 21:22, 23 January 2010 (UTC)
- Erkan, I like Systems Thinking for You. In fact, I have been thinking lately about the "Everyone" part and how it might be defined and interpreted by others. But don't you think that ST can be for "everyone"? By "everyone" I wanted to send a message that there is something useful and applicable in ST for everyone. Yes I agree, we, naturally, cannot "reach" everyone. But that's not the idea. My idea is to present ST in a way that is useful and accessible by "everyone." Thoughts?
- Thanks, I appreciate your feedback.
- Thanks for the explanation. I understand your point, mine is a personal preference. Keep up the good work, --Erkan Yilmaz 18:53, 27 January 2010 (UTC)
